We are concerned that the delivery time may not be able to be completed on time, so we did not accept the order. The customer arranged the order with another company. However, this company did not actively cooperate with customer QC suggestions for improvement. Because 95% of our customers' orders are produced by our company, they are not only long-term cooperative customers, but also friends who grow together.
