In 2023, a European customer who has been cooperating for many years wants to order 5000 padding jackets. However, the customer had an urgent need for the goods, and our company had many orders during that time. We are concerned that the delivery time may not be able to be completed on time, so we did not accept the order. The customer arranged the order with another company. But before shipment, after the customer's QC inspection, it was found that the buttons were not firmly fixed, there were many problems with missing buttons, and the ironing was not very good. However, this company did not actively cooperate with customer QC suggestions for improvement. Meanwhile, the shipping schedule has been booked, and if it is late, the ocean freight will increase too. Therefore, the customer contact with our company again, hoping to help rectify the goods.
